I discovered The Bar Method when I was living in California and instantly knew it was something special. When I moved to Vancouver, I missed it so much that I decided to bring it here and opened the studio in 2010.
What I love most is what happens beyond the workout. Yes, it makes you stronger, but it also builds confidence and a deeper connection to your body.
I’m still in the studio teaching classes, and getting to know our clients is my favourite part of what I do.
This space has always been about more than fitness. It’s about showing up for yourself and being part of a community that supports you.

The studio itself is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with wall-to-wall mirrors, mounted barres, and all equipment ready for each class. It’s clean, simple, and designed so you can focus without distraction.
You’ll also find secure lockers, a dedicated change area, showers, fresh towels, and toiletries, so you can easily fit class into your day.
