Your first class is about to be amazing! Here’s a quick guide to help you feel confident, prepared, and ready to move.
1. BERORE YOUR
FIRST CLASS!

STEP 1:
⚠️ Complete the New Client Form HERE

STEP 2:
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to get signed in, be given a tour and setup with your instructor.
⚠️For safety reasons you will not be allowed into the class if you are late for your very 1st class.

2. BRING YOUR ESSENTIALS
Before you step into class, make sure you’ve got the basics covered. Bringing the right gear helps you move comfortably, stay hydrated, and get the most out of your first Bar Method experience.

Water bottle 💧

Socks that cover the entire foot must be worn in class 🧦 - no shoes.

Attire: We recommend exercise pants that cover the knees, and a top that covers the midriff. 👚

If you prefer sports bra-style tops, we recommend adding a cover layer.

Men, if your shorts don’t reach your knees be sure to layer with a compression tight.
3. YOUR SAFETY MATTERS
Let us know if you’re pregnant, have injuries, or medical conditions.
We offer modifications for all levels, our exercises were designed with a physio, so we can actually help you move safely and even heal along the way!

4. YOU’RE IN GREAT HANDS

Your instructor will get to know you by first name.

You might hear your name called out or receive hands-on adjustments, this ensures your form is perfect.

No phones in class, seriously, this is your time to move and focus.

Preferred attire: Wear longer pants and a top over your sports bra as instructors may provide hands-on adjustments to ensure proper form, so this helps both parties feel comfortable.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

All classes require 4 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Cancellations or reschedules can be made online, through the app, or by contacting the studio.

Please cancel as early as possible to allow others to join from the waitlist.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class will incur a $25 late cancel fee or loss of one class credit.
-
No-shows will also result in a $25 charge or deduction of one class from your package.
